Yoshiyuki Asai (Charlotte) is the director of the anime and seiyuu Ayane Sakura (Nao Tomori) plays the main character Hina.
Jun Maeda is creator of the original concept and works as a screenwriter. Na-Ga returns from many other Visual Art / Key projects as the character designer. PA Works is the animation studio in charge of anime production.
Maeda first collaborated with PA Works studio to produce Angel Beats in 2010, and later collaborated with the studio again to create the Charlotte anime. Maeda is known for writing the visual novels for Kanon, Air, Clannad, and Little Busters !, visual novels that have had adaptations to anime.
